Requests for rooms at the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte are made through the hospital where the child patient is receiving medical treatment. 

Your healthcare provider or social worker will submit a request on your behalf.  You will work together to complete the necessary form to request a room, and our Staff will reply to the provider promptly. 

A request does not guarantee room availability.  Because of the large volume of room requests, the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte does not reserve rooms or accept reservations. Once the referral has been made, the family is asked to call the House Operations Director at 704-335-1191, at least one day before their scheduled arrival to see if a room is available.
